The space:
In the heart of Downtown Las Vegas within a desirable condo community with resort style amenities, Loft Lv8 is a freshly renovated unit offering an open spacious floor plan with generous areas to relax, entertain, work and unwind.
Start the day with a cup of coffee or cap off the evening with a cocktail in the spacious living area. Whether on the cozy sectional sofa with chaise or stylish swivel accent chair, the choice is yours where you can settle in to enjoy a favorite show on the 65” Roku TV or relax and play a few games or read a favorite book.
Step out on the furnished balcony to watch the morning sun or moonlit sky shine on the downtown corridor. For the romantics at heart, one can also have a unique bird’s eye view of lovebirds getting ready to exchange their vows at the iconic drive-thru wedding chapel just across the street.
The generously sized separate bedroom retreat features a king-sized bed, 55” Roku TV, workstation and light blocking roller shades. The en suite 5-piece bathroom with granite double vanity, private water closet, large soaking tub and separate rainfall style shower together with the adjoining walk-in closet and in-unit washer and dryer provide wonderful creature comforts.
A culinary artist’s dream, the kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator with smart screen features, gas range, and dishwasher. Counter seating for 4 at the breakfast bar makes the perfect setting to showcase cooking skills; coupled with a chicly appointed formal dining area, hosting can be done with ease.
Remote work is seamlessly convenient with high speed internet and two desks with integrated USB power outlets, including one station offering a monitor to connect to a laptop for additional functionality.
The condo complex boasts a range of community amenities. Those looking to keep up with their exercise regime have the two story fitness center with iconic views of the Las Vegas skyline at their disposal. If chilling out is more the vibe, guests can take a plunge in the stunning pool or jacuzzi and then lay back in one of the covered cabanas or lounge chairs. The resort lifestyle continues with access to a fire pit, al fresco kitchen and dining areas, and an outdoor movie theater available for use through the concierge. Close out the evening at the roof-deck to take in breathtaking and unobstructed views of the Strip as the sun sets over the mountain ranges in the west.
Loft Lv8 comes with assigned garage parking situated on the same level as the unit, providing ease of access and convenience of unloading a vehicle without the use of an elevator. Other conveniences include concierge services, 24/7 security, EV charging stations, Mint dry cleaning and Amazon lockers, a co-op work lounge and gated dog run.

Loft Lv8 is located in Juhl Las Vegas and available for a minimum 30 night stay.
Juhl management rules and regulations require all guests to execute a rental agreement, complete new resident forms, and provide a government issued photo ID, email address and mobile phone number.
Juhl management reserves the right to restrict or prohibit usage to any community amenity to the extent required for purposes of cleaning and maintenance or for persons’ safety. When informed, hosts will share such information with guests in the event that such occurrence may or does occur. However, as such instances are entirely outside hosts' control, they cannot be held responsible for amenity access mandated by the community management.
As part of a live/work community with units having adjacent or shared walls with commercial spaces, Loft Lv8 is situated a few floors above a lively establishment that has well attended events on weekend evenings. The proprietors offer live musical entertainment; so, it is not uncommon to hear ambient music in the evening and patrons at the establishment. They do abide by community standards and conclude their operations by no later than 2 a.m.
Neither smoking nor vaping is permitted inside the unit. Smoking/vaping outdoors may only be possible on the outdoor balcony or outside on street level if done responsibly and respectfully and does not leave any damage to the property or causes any nuisance to neighbors or those nearby.
Please be respectful of our community and neighbors. Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. In addition, excessive noise at any time is never allowed. Local code enforcement by the community is allowed to come to the unit and can respond to any complaints made by local residents 24 hours a day.
We welcome responsible and responsive guests over the age of 21. Any and all persons staying or visiting the property must be 18 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian.
Pets allowed with restrictions and additional fees (please see house rules).
If a guest cancels a reservation, all eligible refunds will be governed by the cancellation policy agreed upon at time of booking. No refunds outside of the cancellation policy will be possible unless a mandatory evacuation is ordered for the area. Thus, it is highly recommended that all guests purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance. In the event that a guest cannot make a trip due to a family emergency, illness, bad weather, flight/rental car cancellation, job loss, COVID-19 ban/restriction, etc., the guest should seek reimbursement through their travel insurance.

As a security deposit alternative, Houfy Protect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
• Due to the nature of the vacation rental business, we cannot accept cancellations occurring later than 60 days to the arrival date. You will forfeit all sums paid unless we are able to re-rent the property, in which case we will refund an amount equal to any subsequent rental less a $100 handling fee. If a cancellation occurs prior to 60 days to arrival, full refund will be issued less a $100 handling fee.
